Alexander Osherenko ist der Gründer von Socioware Development. Er studierte Elektrotechnik in Sankt-Petersburg, Informatik an der Fachhochschule Hamburg und an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und promovierte im interdisiplinären Fach "Opinion mining and lexical affect sensing". Er schrieb 2010 eine Monographie, die die Ansätze zur computergestützen Analyse von Emotionen und Meinungen diskutiert und einen statistischen Ansatz darstellt, der eine Analyse von Texten auf Basis von Erkenntnissen von Psychologie, Linguistik und Informatik ermöglicht.

Er schrieb 2014 Monographie "Social Interaction, Globalization and Computer-Aided analysis", die im Zusammenhang mit seiner Bewerbung an der Japan Society for Promotion of Science erfolgte und Erkenntnisse aus Soziologie, Soziolinguistik, Medizin, Anthropologie, Neurobiologie, sozialer Philosophie, sozialer Robotik und Informatik ansprach. Sie handelt von unterschiedlichen Missverständnissen und alltäglichen Situationen im interkulturellen Kontext, mit denen sich Reisende konfrontiert werden können. Die Monographie erzählt über Emotionen, Persönlichkeiten und Kulturen aus der Sicht von Geisteswissenschaften und aus der Computersicht und stellt einen computergestützen Ansatz dar, wie diese Missverständnisse und Situationen analysiert werden können. Alexander Osherenko begutachtet Beitrage zu wissenschaftlichen Konferenzen und Zeitschriften.
